its my senior year of high school. i am under alot of stress but people still want me to do more ministries and clubs and projects. i pray about it but i still am overwhelmed. what can i tell people when i cant handle anymore? i hate to sound rude and tell them no. Is there anyway to do something new with my stress? i am tired of my old tricks. Sign language and sports just dont handle it. What is the best way for an overwhelmed teenage girl to make money for college? Can anyone help?

What you need is some time off. Choose a weekend and do what YOU want. Also make sure that you are getting enough of sleep, because when you get your sleep you will be better off doing things than when you're tired. As to the new clubs, don't spread yourself too thin. All your going to do is wear yourself out, so take a deep breath and simply say "no". It's not going to be rud if your honest, wher if you say that you will join and then not do the work it will look as though you're not trying. Good Luck!

You need to be honest and tell them that you cannot handle anymore. I think you will find people to be very understanding, but they have to know when there is a problem. For now just concentrate on yourself and your future. You may have to drop some of the clubs and projects, and cut back on the ministries. The Lord will understand. When you are feeling better, you might consider a part-time job. There are some companies that will help with your tuition, etc. Enjoy your Senior year!

Pray about it then develop a schedule. Get yourself a job that will not interfere with college and begin saving. Do not involve yourself in anything that doesn't benefit your plan. Be kind but firm...
