Wow, sexism. So it's strictly women's work to take care of children? Fathers don't take care of children?

Please come out from under your rock and join the 21st century. Thank God attitudes like yours have (mostly) been left behind in the mists of the 1950s. These days real men who are fathers take care of their children. After all, anyone can father a child, but it takes a real man to be a daddy, a nurturer, a caretaker.

Those who are macho/insecure (same coin, two sides) may feel emasculated by having baby changing stations in the restroom, but trust me, this says a lot more about your insecurity and lack of caring for children than anything.

Personally as a childfree female, I find baby changing stations in men's restrooms a refreshing change of pace and something that's much needed -- about time! If it's one thing I've learned in my 38 years, it's this: you don't have to have a child. You don't have to like young children. But realize that other people do, so we all have to go along to get along.

So, time to grow up and be a real man, and stop feeling emasculated by objects placed in public restrooms.

Cheers, K

Not at all. It just means that Dads can take care of their children equally with their wives. Moms aren't the only ones that have the responsibility to care for children and the changing stations acknowledge that some Dads are willing and able to serve their children in this way.

So Dads who are taking their kids around without their Mom are supposed to just drop to the ground and change the diaper there? Any real father would not feel any less of a man because of this, but should be looked at as more of a man for actually taking part in his child's life.

They don't seem to make me less of a man. Do they affect your ego for some reason?
