She may stop pooping when you take off her diaper cause she gets chilled or something! Leave her diaper on and let her do her business, sure it may take 10-15 minutes but she'll clean herself out..

My doctor always said to add a bit of corn syrup to the bottle and that will correct the constipation.
Also, if a baby is having a tough time "pooing" bend their knees toward their belly (gently of course).
But leaving the diaper off (?!?!) no way.

It's better for them to learn to poo on their own, so ideally you should let them poo completely and then change them. They should be changed promptly after pooing to avoid diaper rash.
However, if your daughter has constipation problems, you might want to talk to your doctor about adding apple juice to her diet to help her out.

give her a teaspoon of corn syrup this will assist with the constipation problem or give her a suppository they sell these for children. And yes you should always change a babies diaper after the pooh otherwise they will get a rash if the are left to sit in it.

You might try feeding your daughter some pears to help with the constipation.
I let my son poo on his own and then if I have time I rinse him off in the bathtub.

at 8 months old she can go in the diaper. If she is constipated, try giving her some fruit juice: apple, grape, etc.. (All natural, not something like hawaiin punch.) if you think she is ready, you could get a child toilet seat and see if she has an easier time.

Constipation will be eased if you use a little baby prune juice (USE BABY juice, it has less sugar, or make your own with less sugar and more water), if you do anything with her while she is in her diaper, it will make it a habit. Habits are sometimes hard to break.

what ever works best for her really, you should try to give plenty of fruit juices to relieve the constipation problem. although i understand that some children suffer from this problem regardless.

I would simply let her pooh in her diaper and wait a little while to be sure she is finished.
