How can I change an adobe document to a jpeg?

I am trying to transfer our adobe ad that was received in an email from a magazine for us to proof into the website I am building on yahoo. Your instructions will have to be simple as I am pretty new at this. Can you help me?

The key is when you save it.

Go to "file" at the top and then "save as"

Find the drop down menu for all the file types and look for jpeg,jpg

That should do it!

Simple and easy.
