Did you always do your homework and put forth proper effort?
Maybe you should take some responsibility for how your life turns out.

Unless you could prove without a doubt that they put in absolutely zero effort at all into providing what they are supposed to provide, and you put in 100% effort, you have no case.

Learning is guided by the LEARNER. YOU make choices, conciously nor not, regarding what you use and what you don't. Teachers can lead a horse to water, but cannot make it drink. YOU have to choose to take advantage of the opportunities you're given and it's also your responsibility to seek out something better if you think you're not getting enough.

You have only yourself to blame, the opportunity was there....we have always had tutors to assist slow or retention blocked students....you knew when you were having a problem...should have gone to the office and found an after school tutor...

They could in turn sue you for not working up to your true potential.

NOT REALLY but I didn't think this was a real question.
