The twin STEREO (Solar TErrestrial RElations Observatory) spacecraft were launched Wednesday, October 25th, at 8:52 p.m. on a Delta II 7925-10L rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.

Generally speaking, NASA does not give info on data transmissions. There is too much to know; how is data formatted, what units, in what order, how often for each instrument. You might be able to get some meaningful data by contacting the Chief Scientist for the mission, or the responsible official for the STEREO Science Center web page:
