Before you re-format your hard drive...try running your anti-virus sofware. Now how to get to it...without any icons is your next question...right?

hit CTRL-ALT-DEL

The Task Manager window should open.
Under the Applications Tab....click the new task button
The Create New Tak window should open

If you had an icon on your desktop to run your program then click browse...use the drop down to look in desktop and click on the icon....otherwise point it to the C drive - Program Files - "open your anitvirus software"

After you run your program make sure it either deletes the problem or quarantine it...restar your computer and your icons should re-appear..

GOOD LUCK!!!!

The blue screen appears only if the system crashes, and for that, please try to boot your in Computer safe mode and then try to Uninstall the latest software which you have installed. If you are unable to restart the Computer in safe mode, please try to reinstall the operating system.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
