I've been under a lot of stress, a new diet, and the thing with the tests is, they've been in my car for the last month, and it has gotten pretty cold in there. Would that effect the results of the test? I'm really scared. I have a small body, and am really afraid to have children. I would really appreciate it if I could have some advice....

Sincerely,

Scared

under stress...new diet...Both could be reasons for your period being late. I'm not sure how the cold will affect the pregnancy tests, but if that is a concern, try buying another one and use it right away.

I've seen plenty of small women with children. I'm sure your body will adjust with no problem. Take a look as some of these asian women. Their babies sometimes seem to be bigger then they are. If they can do it, so can you.

Also, women used to be a lot smaller due to lack of nutrition. If you are small in today's terms, you are probably about average for women years ago. They all had babies with a lot less help than is availible today. If it turns out that you are too small to deliver the baby naturally, you can have a c-section.

Stress and diet can cause u to miss ur period. If u r very concerned, u can buy a new test. If it is negative, I would not worry about being pregnant. U should go to the dr if u don't start soon.

Your body does crazy things when it is stressed. Just relax and if you are really worried go to the doctor. It's not uncommon to miss periods when under stress or when on a new diet.

Relax....Life happens and sometimes it sucks! Go buy another test or two and try them again. If the first one comes out negative, wait another week and test again. If the problem persists, go to a doctor. Sometimes changing your diet and stress can stop mensturation and you have nothing to worry about.

Good luck!

Since you have been under alot of stress lately that could be the problem but if you don't get your period soon I would go and see your doctor. Even if your not pregnant something else could be going on.

Just take it easy and relax. Don't worry about things you can not do anything about just worry about the things you can
