Please don't report me. I am not trying to make money or anything... I just want to help out other new moms who are having the same trouble as me with formula and baby food stains.

I tried EVERYTHING to get stains out... the worst one was sweet potato. I tried WISK, Shout, Zout, Baby OxyClean, believe me I tried IT ALL.

Finally I found something that really works - my husband and I had a box of ALCONOX that we used to use to clean breeding equipment used w/ our horses. It is an industrial detergent that is completely free of dyes, perfumes and additives. It leaves glass squeaky clean and a lot of dairies use it to clean milk equipment. It can even improve the quality of glass when used over time.

Anyway, I figured why not? I'd been washing baby bottles in it prior to sterilizing them. I mixed up a batch - 1 tablespoon to a gallon of warm water. I soaked my baby's stained bibs and burp clothes in it for 30 minutes - the stains were all GONE!

Hope this helps someone! www.alconox.com

It has tons of uses... (just don't wash lead crystal in it as it removes the lead lol)

you can request a sample here http://www.alconox.com/section_top/m_sample.asp

awesome, I have bibs that have been through 3 babies. They are in good condition, but are stained really bad. My wife and I were going to throw them away and buy new for our baby due around Christmas. Hell, I think we will try this though. Thanks for the tip.

I'm in France so I dont know if I can find alconox here or not, but I need to find something to get the carrot stains off my daughter's clothes. I just pre-soaked and washed a dress that is now haphazardly spotted thanks to last nights dinner and none of the spots came out. I'm very irritated, as it's one of her cutest dresses. Thanks for the advice, I shall keep my eyes open for something like this here.

I use a mixture of any spray and wash type pre-spray and in a 2 to 1 mix with hydrogen peroxide. It gets everything out.

don't worry about getting reported. I am at level 4 and have been reported anytime someone asks a derogatory or biased question. I can't help putting them down. So far, I haven't gone to jail, or been beaten up.

Thank-you....have you ever tried Whisk and Ammonia? Mix a little together, and it does a good job too.
