Appelbees = great
Hard Rock Cafe = great
Mandarin Garden = great
Carrows is good, and so is the Dennies there (if you want cheap food) IHOP is also good.

I'd stay away from any buffet. I got sick from the Cesars Buffet (it was good, I will admit, but i think something was off with the pesto pasta).

If your skiing you have to get some of the chilli on the hill (Go to the stagecoach run, and at the bottom is a place to eat). The chilli is served either in a plain bowl, or in a sourdough bread bowl (the bread is GREAT!). This location also has great burgers and some deicious pastas.

they have a tram that is going from the casinos in South Lake Tahoe to the coolest of the Heavenly Valley ski hotel...a protracted time in the past, my perfect chum and his spouse have been given married on the coolest throughout the summer season...as captivating a view of nature as you will ever see... additionally, South Lake Tahoe is nearly a mini Vegas/Reno, with casinos and shows and such... you may additionally hire some mopeds and holiday around the completed section, pass boating on the lake, hiking in the woods, hire a cabin with a jacuzzi and make candy love all nighttime long...(additionally...North Lake Tahoe is the "placing" for the T.V. teach Bonanza's Ranch...very scenic, besides...) No concerns...different issues will recommend themselves to you once you get there...(I grew up in Sacramento, so i'm very conscious of the section, having been there a million cases snow snowboarding...additionally Squaw Valley is relatively cool...)

Over priced, nothing special but lots of volume and heat thats always good after a hard days boarding.
personally I'd put the extra effort in to go to Mammoth. Bit pricey again but well worth it.
