I wouldn't think anything other than that person likes to wear all black. If they were a friend, I might ask them why they always wear all black, though.

Women wear black or all black for a reason.It is very slimming,it can look vampish and sexy.Some people wear it to blend into the background.Others are making a statement or they are goths.I think black is really nice,and can be easily dressed up or down.They could possibly be going to a funeral.

I know such a person. That's what she likes to wear, and it looks damned good on her. And as it is my favourite colour, i think it is damned good that she chooses to wear all black.

Depends on when and where. In general, if they did it all the time I would think that they were either depressed, "emo," or trying to look skinnier.
