My friend is a US size zero, which is like a 4 or a 6 in the UK - where can she find fitted shirts that will actually fit her?

Childrens departments (John Lewis etc.) if she's not too embarrassed by that. Or try Miss Selfridge or Top Shop - they do size 6.

Look in any Childrens section. She must BE the size of an average 10yr old if she really is that size! That isn't slim its Anorexic

well the best place for you to run too would be Aeropostale OR Limited Too.
they have the exact fit for the petite person you are. Besides if you shop at limited too, compare your spending to kiddie clothes. You've just saved about 4 bucks!

AEROPOSTALE!!!!!!!!! they make really small t-shirts that are usually about 15$ and the are fitted but the store allways has sales and cheap clearence i got a good shirt for 6$$ ther www.aeropostale.com abercrombie is expensive! so go 2 AEROPOSTALE!

When I was that size, (Lord knows that it was eons ago.)

I shopped in the boy's section. I'd get a boy's Large and that fit me vary well.

you mean in the US? Most stores carry size 0 here, if not all. I can't imagine you would have a problem.

I dont know what those size means, but Abercrombie makes small shirts. Try Abercrombie.com

Not being funny, but have you tried a really large shop for children? Might be worth looking into just in case...
