Not sure how bloody the show is. Please let me know. I'm looking for a family show of type "historic drama" that would not damage my 4-year old's psyche. Thanks

Definitely an adult show, it's on premium cable, HBO, and is about the notoriously vice filled Roman Empire definitely adult

Don't let your 4yr old watch this one. It's graphic so it's R. Unfortunately, there aren't many family oriented shows out there now a days. I can't think of anything to suggested, just not Rome.

You DEFINATELY do NOT want to let him/her watch ROME. Let's just say it's Made For TV "R". I think it even has some sort of Parental Discretion at the beginning. Definately not a choice for children. Hope that helps, and good luck.

It's TV MA- I would say it's a R rating for sure- I wouldn't let a 12 year old watch it- some pretty graphic violence & sex.
It's a great show though.

It is not a good show for a 4 yr. old..
It is a very good show..
I enjoy it...
Somewhere between PG and R....
