We have contacted all the appropriate authorties. But its the emotional abuse that came with this beatening that is hurting the worse. My son is small, he has a diability, and is very sensitive. The employee caught him from behind, and has a master in "black belt." There was nothing warranting this attack. My son was told to talk to him about gossip that he 'might' be spreading. Now my son's lively hood is in danger. Not to speak of more emtional scars. We have seeked help for emotional repair, but my son will not be honest, so it want work. If I could of taken the beaten for him, I would. It would of been less painful, then watch him in this much pain, physical and emotionally. Help me to help him?

All of your support is comforting! I have taught my kids, to out 'think' their opponent. I left out a important detail, assuming all conflicts are "face to face"! I even made my kids read Patton! The element of surprise! But never once, told them to have a plan for this! I thought I had covered all angle's. But I left a hole that someone seen right threw. Thanks again. This is helping! :)

get a lawyer and sue the employee and the employer. this will make up for the loss fo income and pay him for some of the pain and suffering he is experiencing. it won't pay you for your pain and suffering though.
this is so wrong on so many levels. sorry.

Well, that is absolutely outrageous. What do you mean authorities did nothing? Go to the police, that is an assult and not only an assult on the person, what is counted as a criminal offence but also assault on a person with disabillty means he will be complete criminal if you know what I mean.
What are you talking about, even if your kid doesn't want to take actions, this jerk there MUST NOT WALK WITH THE REST OF THE MEN. It soooo makes me mad, I pray that these bloody people would all disapear from the face of the world. If he could attack the person with disabillity, who smaller then him, with no reason, then what next? Attck a little grand-ma and get her bag or something?
Go to police and put this guy to prison or either make him pay for what he has done. Your child is just afraid that the other guy will again beat him up, but it is not necesserely true because he may learn his lesson or if he will actually beat him up again then he DEFFINETLY go for criminal offence.
Go to police, to the manager and make this little low life pay for his actions.
I am sorry if I sound really angry or something but, as I said above, people like that jerk (even can't find the right lowest possible words for this little insect) must be all put into prison or just destroyed from face of Earth.
Sorry again for strong language and I hope everything works out best for your child and you. I can understand your feelings and soo sorry to hear that something like that happened to your child.
About the emotional issues, you must go to the specialist but before that to talk to him one on one. But if you go to the specialist your child could be more honest to the person who is not emotionally involved in the situation.
All the best and best wishes, Wolfy.

Buy him a gun and if this fcuker comes near him again, plug his azz. Simple. Either that or pay two or three big guys from the bar to wait for this jerk after work and pummel him to within an inch of his life, with a warning to say at least 10 feet away from this kid. Even a "black belt master" can't fight three guys with lead pipes, no matter what they do in the movies.

If this kid has a Black belt, then he is a weapon on legs..If you reported him to the authorities and they did nothing, then you need to find the place he trained in Karate and report this to his Master...Having this ability to inflict harm on another human being cames with great responsibility, and for him to abuse it is a issue...As far as your son goes,if he is not willing to take the appropiet action against this kid, then there is really nothing you can do..Sorry to say that...I wish you all the best and your son too...Good luck

Make sure he doesn't work there any more and to stay away from that area. Try letting him find another job and be there to give him emotional support. Your son will do fine, everyone goes through similar situations.

Have you contacted the manager or owner of the place your son works at? If not, please go to them. Yes, you also, need to have your son quit that job. Going back there will probably make things worse. Letting your son know you are there for him is #1
Good luck and best wishes to both!

he needs a therapist...someone he can confide in without fear of retribution. It doesn't sound like he wants a confrontation. Don't worry about seeking justice until your son can cope with the trauma...help him sort himself out first. That's the most important thing right now...his welfare and well-being.

go to the nearest biker bar. buy the 5 biggest guys at the bar(without a big ol' biker ***** sitting next to him don't want to start another fight) and tell them the heart wrenching story of your son. watch all of them tear up and tell them were they can find the kid that did that to your son.
tell your son the only way to stop the greiving is to tell all of what happened. it is the truth. tell him it's not his fault.
