yea, I'm a fan. Wouldn't call myself a die-hard fan. I did have a crush on Axl when I was younger though. All that loooong red hair.... mmm... lmao!

Did you hear that they were supposed to perform recently at a venue, and when Axl found out that he wasn't allowed to drink alcohol on stage, he left??? NO show, no nothing! Just got up and left! I'd imagine there were a lot of people really pissed over that one!!! It's not the first time this has happened, and - as long as axl is still around - it won't be the last time! Are you old enough to remember the riot that started at the metallica/GNR show, when axl left after only a couple songs???

Fav song... hmm... know it's a weird one, but I have to say "So Fine". "Patience" is great - when it's someone else singing it! Axl is too whiney for such a beautiful acoustic.

Oh yea, and I've never seen them perform.

I LOVE Guns as they were. I never got a chance to see them but I always thought they were an incredible band. I wish Axl could have kept his ego in check and stay together. The would be on top of the worl right now. And listening to Velvet Revolver gets me very nostalgic thinking of how great those songs would be if Axl were singing them. There are so many great songs to choose from. If I had to narrow it down, I would say my faves are Estranged and My Michelle. Appetite is my favorite album but I think the Illusion albums are incredible.

I've loved GNR since they started. Of course, now they're basically Velvet Revolver (GNR sans Axl).

I just wish Axl was more stable. GNR could've been comparable to the Rolling Stones in 10 years had they been able to keep it together.

Ah, well...

GNR are one of the greatest bands ever, and currently touring, and when when come to my area (West Texas) I will be there front and center. Love all their music, put partial to "Sweet Child O Mine" and "November Rain", and my most favorite, "Knocking on Heavens Door" . Plus, I actually have some connections. Rock on...........................

i liked them when i was younger, but kinda moved on . my first concert ever was guns with skid row. i had a great time. appetite was my favorite album, and welcome to the jungle my fave song. it was their first single, and while maybe not their best song, the energy of it and the way it hit the scene back then made an impression on me.
