I know that Disney World offers housing and transportation for cast members; I was just wondering if Disney Land was the same?

They will answer any questions you may have.
Disney's development program is well respected throughout the US if you ever decide to leave....but not sure why people leave, except to further the eduation at college or a university.
I believe they do offer housing and transportatin on their property.

yes, but they request that the women share rooms with the guys in order to keep a smile on everyone's faces.
