It depends on the employment contract you signed when you were hired. The "fine print" should clearly tell you what you are entitled to.

It depends on your contract of employement. Some companies will pay you for untaken holidays and others do not.

Go back and read the fine print and see which one you work for.

Entitled? No. I love how, when anyone asks a question like this, people will say "look at the contract you signed." I've had several professional positions, and only once did I actually have a signed contract. Most jobs will simply give you the policy manual and call it a day (if you're lucky). But that's where you need to look- company policies. Otherwise, there are no laws that entitle anyone to any termination payouts automatically.

It depends on your contract and how long you have been with the company. Normally employees would use your holiday as your notice period, but all depends on each employer individually.

Its usually pro rata, so if you leave half way through theyear and have taken a quarter of your holiday, they woud give you the other quarter, but not what you could have taken after you left if that makes sense

Completely depends on your employment agreement and how the paid vacation time is accrued.

Check your original employment agreement.

it depends on the place of employments guidelines on this - take your vacation days right before your notice if you're that worried about getting them and can't get the cash value of them in your last paycheck
