im irish and ive been called charmin. it seriously comes naturally to us, but i think it has something to do with confidence

Well, I'm English so I'm afraid I can't agree about the French - no way! Obviously, there are always exceptions to the rule, but in general the French have treated me with disdain and are singularly unhelpful. I do speak French and absolutely love that language but have always felt it was wasted on those people!
Yes, I think the Irish have a natural charm - there's a reason they have the "blarney" nickname - good talkers!

They aren't. They are the same as anyone else; just individuals. The French are now known to be rude and obnoxious, in fact. But you will find nice people among anyone.
