Why does the Irish voice and way of talking sound so soft, almost healing when they sing? Is it just the tone of their voice or is it talking like singing or is it a reflection of their good personality?

I don't know about the Irish girls, though I am not against them. the accent that does it for me is Australian. I met a girl from Australia once and the way she talked made me want to proclaim my undying love for her immediately. Hard to explain.
