Sigh. It's Adamantium, not titanium, and it's reinforcement to keep his bones from breaking, not armor. It doesn't do a thing to cover his sttomach, intestines, liver, kidneys, bladder, or family jewels. If Wolverine was in an explosion that stripped the flesh from his bones, the skeleton would be fine but he would die. The regeneration is a mutated genetic thing, not due to the skeleton, and the metal skeleton is not part of his genetic package. The two ase separate and independent. Logan survived Magneto pulling the adamantium out because his healing factor allowed him to stop bleeding after the bones were pulled out. An explosion would spread his blood out all over the place, and he would not be able to carry oxygen to his tissues. If he didn't die of anoxia, he would die of dehydration.
Mind you, my money's still on Logan, it's just that I can't stand people saying all these inaccurate things about him.

Toe to toe, it would be a fight that would last for years if not decades, but I think that Wolverine would win because his weapons cannot be cut off whereas if Wade gets his hands cut off, what's he gonna do until they grow back, bite Logan's ankles? While it is true that both have regenerative abilities that can regenerate limbs and even organs, if both were involved in an explosion (such as the one in Wolverine #43) Only Wolverine's skeleton would survive to regenerate a new body, and that due only to the Adamantium covering it.

I'll go with Wolverine on this one. They may both have regenerative abilities... but only Wolverine has the adamantium armor. That alone gives him the edge.

Let's see, the clawed animal vs the mercenary with the mouth. Probably, Wolverine because he would claw his neck off.

Wolverine, considering wade's regenerative powers are nanomachines that were created to mimic Wolverine's healing factor....
