Some of my friends say that it is because I have long blonde hair and blue eyes and men, they say, go crazy for that. I don't know. Do any of you other girls have this problem? Would it help if I cut my hair and/or dyed it another color? I am getting really uncomfortable with this stuff. I am almost 25, when can I expect this to stop?

I am in my 40's and it still happens to me, I am blonde with blue eyes and I have guys try to come onto me alot, it is like you are a trophy or something. Even when I cut my hair they still thought there was a chance. They somehow think they can change you. Just ignore it and hopefully it will go away. For the most part it did for me. Good luck.

How is a man supposed to know unless you tattoo it on your head? If you are an attractive woman both men and women are going to notice you. Now if it is an attraction from men who know you are a lesbian, perhaps they just like the idea of the forbidden fruit. A lot of men have a hard time dividing the concept of bisexuality from being a complete lesbian. For some reason men get really turned on by women that are bi. I am among them. I don't know why that is acceptable but for most of the same men male bisexuality is out of the question but it is just the way it is.

Don't modify the way you want to be. If you want to look butch look butch but if you are fem just be fem.

It's the fact that they think lesbians are only together for the sex. That's not true, but they think so. Because they think that then they think you will have sex with anyone or anywhere. They most likely wanna sleep with you and your partner or just watch. Men can be *** holes. They also are attracted to you more because they think that you havent had the "right one" to put it on you. That's bull too. You just keep being yourself and tell all the losers that try to get with you that you are happily a lesbian.

You can expect this to stop never. Men can't tell that you are a lesbian by looking at you, but they can tell that you are attractive to them. That's just guys being guys. Sorry it makes you uncomfortable, but outside of wearing a t-shirt that says you're gay, you may be out of luck.

I don't fit in with your typical lesbian persona either. Most people think that lesbians are all men-wanna-be's. I'm very feminine and although I don't get slammed with attention from men....I don't put myself in that position since I'm in a relationship...I do get mistaken for being straight. I just recently got asked out by a man who is a client! LOL!! Wow...awkward!

Are you not comfortable with being attractive? Or, are you not comfortable with your sexuality? I really don't mean to be critical, but if you are secure within yourself and who you are, why should this bother you. You should be honored by the fact that both sexes find you attractive and gracefully reject those who come onto you who you are not attracted to, just as you would those of the same sex. Lastly, it probably won't ever stop, especially if you're out in mixed sex social scene.

Well, chances are that you're sexually appealing. Men can't see your sexual preference. Other than that, some men automatically think a lesbian as slightly more attractive for one or both of two reasons: one, they think lesbian sex is hot and/or would like to engage in three-way intercourse; two, they are attracted to unattainable women.

If they think you are into girls they may want you to join them & their freaky girl. Also I'm turned off by blondes since my babys momma is a blonde. Its like talking to a rock; but you didnt hear that from me.

Be appreciative that you are pretty enough to turn heads, male or female! Men are sexual pigs and don't care much accept for a pretty bod/face! The joke is on them! Don't change anything about yourself because of stupid men!
