Where can you have the best nyama choma accompanied by kachumbari (salad), ugali (maize meal)/ mukimu (mashed potatoes with peas and pumpkin leaves)and a good cold beer?

I thought "mukimu" was mashed sweet (or Irish) potatoes, with maize (corn) and beans, like "githeri" without the potatoes...??
Anyhow I agree with Shey and Clarence...gotta git your 'eat on' in Kenyatta market where u can get anything...or The more formal carnivore restaurant where u can get all kinds of good "nyama" !! I don't know about "ya punda" (donkey meat) haiiiiiya??!!

There are many places but the best place to find fresh meet is Ole polos just outside the City towards magadi Soda. it is about 30 mins drive. Complimentary Massai entertainment and breathtaking view of the rift valley.

the best nyama choma for you is 'nyama ya punda' , 'nyama ya paka' or 'nyama ya ombewa'. ask it to be 'choma'
you can get it with ugali in any street corner in any town in Kenya.
most of the Kenyans drinking warm beer. i hope it will wash the taste of the nyama from your moth.

Basically any little kiosk/cafe will have a variety of menu you can chose from. Besides..any thing in KENYA tastes wonderful =).
