If you are at a certain place like a school or a work, they may have put up a block to stop you from going there. If that is the case, you're best bet would be wait until you get home and try again later.
It is probably blocked for a reason, and trying to go around it with a proxy site (which is most likely also blocked) then you could get into a lot of trouble.
Also, some of those sites may do more than just redirect you to myspace.... They could monitor your actions and steal your password!

This is my new standard format response for myspace users. First, if you had spent more time studying while you were in school, you wouldn’t have to ask questions about myspace. If you spent more time on your homework and less worrying about why so-and-so has more “internet friends” you might be less concerned with the proxy server bypass that will let you use your schools computer for non-school related activities. When you graduate and get a job so you can afford to buy a computer and pay for internet access I guarantee you myspace will be the least of your concerns. Until said time (if you graduate) quit wasting my tax money by studying myspace more than you study your grammar. Yes, it is my tax money that pays for your education. Chances of you being a prep-school/private school kid and not having one-on-one supervision while you update your myspace is about 4 million to 1. If it really is that important that you have to access it during school hours, why even go to school? Ask mommy and daddy if you can stay home tomorrow and flirt with child predators online. I am sure they won’t mind. Lastly, if this standard format response does not apply to your particular myspace question, oh well, I guess I won’t have you on my top five list, huh?

If you are using Internet Explorer, you should be able to click the internet button and disable content filtering. If 3rd Party Software is blocking the site, 1st try and find the software and then look for a website allow list. You should be able to add/delete websites from there,
Good Luck,

YOU should not be able to if it is blocked and the owner or someone has it pass word protected.
You can go to email go into your account/system and see if it is on spam block by accident.I recently had this to happen to a friend os mine.. I wasn't getitng her email but could send.
I could be that you anti virsus blocked it accidently or on purpose. or your messenger or someone either accidently or on purpose blocked the address.
Check all systems which would block "My Space " from your view.

Obviously, if it's blocked, you're trying to access it where you shouldn't.

depends on how it is blocked. Can you give more information, such as what browser, what OS, etc.
