what are some sites that generate alot of traffic and visitors, besides porn sites. I need a site that people visit often. Do anyone have any idea please. thank you for your time.

Not sure what you mean by "I need a site".
Do you want to create your own site? Or use someone else site for spamming? lol
Celebrity fan sites with lots of free pictures attract traffic.
Forums attract a lot of traffic, but it is hard to get a forum going.
In any case, it won't happen overnight.
You need to build something attractive and you need to know how to optimise it in order for people to find it.
For a website... At least six months before you get some decent traffic.
For a forum... One year to two years if you are lucky. But when it works, it gives you a lot more traffic than a website.
However, people don't like advertising and you will lose half of them if you bombard them with ads.
The Internet is the hardest business in the world.
