I have power to my ignition, but my starter wont even click. I think it may be stuck. I would give it a little tap if I knew where it was.

follow the hot line off the battery and one of the first things you should find is a starter.

if you have power to your ignition and not to your starter then you have a wire on the wrong post.being a 91 chevy the motor sits sideways, the starter will be in the front, look behind your radiator and you will see it. also look where the motor and transmission meet, that's where you will find the starter, that's where the fly wheel is.

Starter is at the bell housing, bottom of the engine. It maybe your heavy power cables going to your starter that are causing the problem. If your dome light goes dim when trying to start your car your cable connections need to be cleaned. Try using a jumper cable to test starter.
