When you are stressed and anxious during your pregnancy then you must trealize that your emotions are the emotions of your unborn child. Your unborn may not directly be angry, but he/she experieces what you experience, they eat what you eat, they absorb what you absorb. So if you are stressed and angry, then that energy is affecting the life inside of you. So be careful!

Stress is so not good while your pregnant! The baby knows everything. Try so hard in the most stressful times to maybe take a nice warm bath sea salt is good, maybe with a cup of DECAFFEINATED GREEN TEA. Stay away from perfumed bubble baths and caffeine. Try reading What to Expecting
(great book) do some Pregnancy excesses..meditate. Meditation is so good. I wish so much that i knew about this stuff when i was pregnant or had someone to talk to (i didn't)..don't feel like you're the only one because your not. Have fun with this embrace it. Read out loud its the best! I should know. My first hates to read ( I didn't read to her and my 2nd is great at reading I read constantly) !

That's a good question...I honestly don't know the effects of stress either, but I would like to say is that whatever it is thats bugging you...it's not worth getting stressed over. Whether it be your husband, family, work, etc. I would get stressed over a lot of things, but then I realized that it's not good for the baby. Why should he/she have to suffer just because I can't calm myself down or make things better. So...I highly recommend you find things that you know will calm you down. I personally like to go to the mall or take a hot shower. Hope that helps hun!

i wonder why you are stressed? I think the baby can feel it if you are stressed; it depends on what the source of your stress is too. Can it be removed? I spent my last pregnancy very stressed. My partner did not want the child; he made it very clear. he kept asking me to consider abortion, right up to 24 weeks. Then he started saying things like, "it's me or the kid". Ha! any man who says that has already lost the game. I kept my baby, chucked the father out. Having said that, my poor baby was born crying constantly; he cried without stopping for 48 hours. I nearly went crazy. The hospital paediatrician told me that my baby was suffering my stress, and for me just to cuddle him and talk to him. I held him and told him how special he was, and that I would do anything I could to keep him safe. I told him I was sorry for the hard time he'd had before he was born. you know, the amazing thing is, he stopped crying almost at once, and his tiny face was looking up at me as I was talking to him, like he could really understand.

If you continue to take care of your body, your baby should be ok. Although, you need to try to calm down. High stress can lead to fetal distress. Eat healthy, go for walks, and get plenty of rest. If the stress is that bad, talk to your dr. about it. Maybe he can offer further, better advice.

To much stress (alot) can also cause the body to terminate the pregnancy. Research on-line at places like webmd.com There are many resources of information out there about pregnancy's cause and effects.

you transfer part of the stress to ur baby, actually, transfer the hormones like adrenaline and cause same effect, u need a addition of vitamins, high in B1, B2, B6 and B12, to diminish the stress level and hormonal effect and relax the muscles
