Well said. The man was a sponger and a limelight hogger. Now his daughter is gone, so will his 'singing' career, but he will be there, grabbing every moment he possible can. He is a bum.

I don't think so, I've seen her interviewed and the impression I got was that she was a woman, a wholly unatractive woman, but a woman none the less. Also in her song "Put it in the box", she sings about "The "Moschino" bra you bought me last Christmas". If Ms Winehouse was really a man singing about undergarments he recieved as a gift, he is without doubt a transvestite. (Probably called Sid Marsden or Charles "Chaz" Ollerenshaw most likely currently residing in local authority accomodation somwhere on Humberside.)

Winehouse was born in a family with a history of jazz musicians. She grew up in Southgate, North London, and attended Ashmole School. She also attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School, but was expelled for "not applying herself" and went to the BRIT School in Selhurst, Croydon.
She signed to her current record label, Island/Universal, under the management of Simon Fuller
