How can I deal with these persons who are making fun of my voice?

I'm in 11th grade and when I have to speak out loud people laugh at my very deep voice (and I think it's also hoarse). How can I deal with these persons? This is very annoying!!!

Some people think I have the flue cuz of my voice.

Just ignore them. That is nothing you can change and nothing you should have to change. Sometimes people laugh when they are surprised by something or uncomfortable with it. Once they get used to it they usually calm down a little. If they don't, at least you will be out of there in just one year and as the other poster said above, women will love your deep voice. In other words, "This too shall pass."

are you a guy? i am assuming you are. Girls love deep voices in men, its hot. They are just jealous they dont sound as manly as you do, just ignore it...kids in high school will always find something to make fun of someone for. Its just what they do.

do not care about what people think, because if they're voices have not broken yet, it'll happen very soon. who know? maybe next time, you'll be the one laughing at them! all these are part and parcel of growing up.

well school sucks dont listen to them people are all different.. some guys like deep voices. its sexy i guess. i also have a deep voice but you know what people like it.. only people that are jealous say something. dont worry with other people have to say.. at least your being your self.. not like the girls that try to talk like babies. that's not cute.
