hi , currently im using Physics by Halliday for the university physics course ....
but i cant find the full solution of the problems or exerise after the chapter .........?
does any one of you know where can i get the FULL solution of this book ?

There used to be a "teacher's" edition that contained all the problem solutions. Check some bookstores or contact the publisher.
