Here are some sites below I just searched on web:

http://www.partyhearty.com/kissingadvice.html

“French kisses are kisses in which you also use your
tongues. (That's why you part your lips slightly.)
So, after you've started kissing, the next step
is that either he will slip his tongue into your
mouth or you'll slip yours into his. Don't let your
tongue go limp but move it around his, or playfully
push his tongue out with yours, then let him
push your tongue back into your mouth, and so on.
Repeat this until you get tired of it (which you never will!)
or until your annoying little brother starts taping you
with the camcorder and threatening to tell your parents.
See www.how-to-beat-up-your-little-brother.com for details!”

“French kissing involves tongue contact, and there's really no right or wrong way to do it. But there certainly are plenty of preferences! You'll find out exactly what boys want from a girl and what girls want from a boy…………………………
1. Flicker the tips of your tongues.
2. Rotate tongues in circular motions.
3. Play chase back & forth.
4. Suck your partner's tongue.
5. Gently bite their tongue…………………..”

hmmmmmmmmmm...
are you very young?
French kissing involves both of you having your mouths open and mutually stimulating each others' tongues etc. It is something that you need to learn the hard way and frankly can't ask for advice from your mom/dad/brother etc.

It is an act of love primarily, with just a hint of a promise of further intimacy.

Only do it with someone you really trust, love and care about.

Enjoy your first kiss - it's the only one any of us ever get.

in general- dont worry about it, there is no one way to kiss and therefore no "french kiss" in particular. I agree though, most people regard this as kissing with tongues.

a good kiss is slow, tender and gentle-- be natural and relax, you can be sure that if you are enjoying it then the person you are kissing is enjoying it too.

Basically, it's just putting each others tongues in each others mouths. But to do it properly, it's not how far you can put it in, it's how you use it to stimulate the other persons mouth. I myself think French kissing is overrated. I prefer to kiss by first gently brushing my partners lips with mine with a feather like touch until my lips tingle, then kissing the lips gently but fully, then you can trry explore the outside of their teeth with your tongue whilst kissing, then perhaps tease their tongue with yours but not too far. Stop kissing before you start to slivate over them. Then start again. It works for me.
