I would like to have a knife. We all know how to spark a fire by using a bit of straw and a few sticks, frictioning them. There would be food for sure, if not inland, I could get a few mussels from the sea. For water, I would have to drink plenty juice, for sure there will be vegetation, or even by squeezing fish (as their flesh doesn't contain salt. Oh, to catch a fish I would have to build a net probably. We have seen plenty movies and even reality shows these days where people are stranded in an island. We just have to remember what they did.

I would want a Leatherman multi-tool. With this it would be easier to obtain food and create other tools such as spears for fishing. If you need to gut a fish or saw through branches to make poles for your shelter. All in all this is the main survival tool.
