is there or when will a psp 2.8 downgraded come? is there anything i can do with a 2.8?

Ok im pretty stupid cuz when i got my used psp it was like 1.6. I thought upgrading so i can have internet was better so i went to 2.8. is there any way to reverse that. O yea, is there a way to reset my psp so it will be back o when i first got it? I want a downgrader or something!
