This is not a contest. There were great philosophers in nearly every century, Plato, Socrates, Aristoteles, Hobbes, J.S.Mill, Marx, Fourier, Hegel and more and more till moern times like Sarter and others. So, rephrase or be more specific. (My list is just a quick list, probably there are many I forgot).
