You have to work out the actual proportions- multiply the total by the percentage over 100 for each month, add these all together, and then divide by the total for the year (and multiply by 100)

Hi,

Your going to have to give more detail on this one...for example:

You can express the percentages as a yearly average or you can give them as precise monthly percentages on a graph...it really depends on what you want to do..but you question is kinda odd, since your percentage is expressed as a monthly figure..why would you want to add it up?

Are you trying to arrive at a yearly average?

You can use the sum feature "=sum(cellX:cellx)". The percentages should add up to 100% and it will update as you change numbers. Of course, cellX and cellx are the range of cells you want to add up.
