Magic, as in stage illusions, is one subject. Magick, is something else.
I am unfamiliar with the commandments and guidelines set down to Muslims in the Koran, however, neither type of magic requires adherence to or denouncement of any religious belief. Perhaps you can find a mystic path that uses magick within the religion?

jointly as i do no longer deny that there are those interior various religions that discourage thought, that does no longer mean all do. an identical is going for desperately denying that their faith ought to be incorrect. And it would seem via your commencing paragraph which you fail to comprehend that many early scientists have been Christians that refused to settle for "God did it" or, a minimum of, needed to renowned how God did it. As on your 2d paragraph, jointly as we are accepting no longer something at face fee and thinking each little thing, enable's do it continuously and not purely faith. query atheism. query naturalism and materialism. query the "concept" of evolution and ask your self if its advocates rather shown what they declare to have shown. Be skeptical approximately skepticism. As for being the terrific individual i could nicely be, the sounds great in concept, yet would not paintings out so nicely in prepare. as an occasion, there are some feminists (whether or no longer they're all atheists or no longer is beside the element) who declare that pornography and prostitution are incorrect by way of fact they objectify women jointly as different feminists prefer decriminalization of the two. If there is not any purpose known, then they're the two suited. a great number of the the remainder of the 2d paragraph is the two straw guy, argument via ridicule, argument from fact, or in simple terms undeniable (probably) pointless rambling. finally, "eschew" ability to "evade and stay faraway from intentionally; ward off".

I am going to assume you mean "magick", as in doing spells? Being a pagan myself, i can tell you that you can pray to Allah, or any other diety and still work spells to help yourself and others. the working of 'craft' (as it is called) does not depend on any diety, it is a matter of turning your intention into reality. Think of it as active praying. You use certain words, tools, actions, to focus your mind on what you want to see accomplished. Then you wait and do what you can to make your intention happen, but you do so knowing that "God", "Allah", "the Universe" has been alerted to your desire and will help you accomplish your goal.
