What's the difference between socialism and communism?

Socialism is when you own two cows and you have to give one to your neighbor. Communism is when the government owns both cows but gives you a little of the milk. Capitalism is when you own both cows and sell one to buy a bull.

They're both the same stuff, just one is wet and one is dry.
