I live in Surprise, AZ just NW of Phoenix, AZ and for about a year and a half (that I have noticed) orange lights randomly appear and disappear. I would say on average of at least one day a week there are strange lights that appear in the distance in the SE over or maybe past Buckeye. The first time I saw them, there were about 6 - 8 lights that looked stationary and were a bright orange light. They would slowly disappear then reappear somewhere else. It is obviously not a plane, nor a streetlight or star. After a few times of seeing them I brought my video recorder and taped them, so I have recording of them. And again yesterday I went out to see if I could find them and they were there again, just not as many as the first time, just 2 or 3. It's hard to explain, because the times I have seen them, it was between 9 and 10 pm. I can tell it's far away because I try and drive to it but never seems to get closer. Anyone have any clue or anyone ever see them?

Normally I see them between 9 and 10, last night I left at 9 and just parked. I saw them at 930 and recorded at 940. Good place to go is down on indian school a little west of cotton past the row of trees so you can look clear south. You'll see the lights of the prison and lights of buckeye, but if they are there, you will see the lights above the prison lights. Last night they seemed pretty low, Usually they are pretty high. I plan to go out again tonight, maybe I'll go further south and see if I can get closer. And obviously I know it's unidentified (UFO) but I want other people to see it and see if they understand what it is.

not near the base really, but who knows they could be doing something. But they are stationary and bright orange and disappear and reappear. I dont' know what it could be from the airforce base if it's not a plane, and it's definately not weapons testing since they are stationary and all. I mean if you can tell me what it is, that would be great.

Call newschannel 3, I bet they would look into it. Royal Norman may even already have an answer. I have not seen them, though I live very close to you. I'll have to keep my eye on the SE sky. Do they occur at a certain time, or various times? Are they low to the horizon?

Of course its a ufo. The acronym "U F O" stands for "Unidentified Flying Object". Since you have reported seeing some object in the sky (orange lights) that you cannot identify, this qualifies as being a UFO. Now does that mean that they are alien spaceships? No. It simply means they are unidentified.
Simple, huh?

Aren't you near Luke Air Force base? LAF has repeatedly had to explain to people about their planes & equipment. These speculations are silly.
