After all, it was he, not Saddam Hussein, who was responsible for the 9/11 attacks. Don't you think that if more time and money had been devoted to capturing him, it would have been done by now? After all, 5 YEARS have already passed since the attacks took place and we did manage to capture Saddam Hussein.

Bush was more worried about Saddam because he threatened Bush Sr.
Not to mention all the major oil fields at his fingertips now.
He could care less about Osama or the American people.

Since your facts and understanding of the trouble we have lets make it simple. (even though I think you still wont understand) We are at war with fundamentalists that want us dead. They dont have country, they dont have a capital building and they dont have organized govt. You cant just attack an idea. So what do you do? You make it clear we will not allow the countries that harbor those type of people to conduct business in their country. Now some will say well so does Syria, Iran, North Korea. Maybe so but they have shown some willingness to work with us and to curb it a little. Saddams regime didnt. Lets also look at the idea of multi tasking. When you have multiple problems it is best to solve the easiest one first and sometimes the others will follow. This isnt hard to understand but sure seems like some people cant. I will never know why.

Because Bush & the Washington Warmongers had their sights on Saddam Hussein, who possessed absolutely NO threat to the United States.

It has been proven that Osama had numerous Training camps in Iraq supported by Sadam and Osama used Iraq as a "safe haven" from time to time, as for where he is now, he is somewhere in the mountains about Pakistan and Afghanistan being hidden by numerous supporters.
Bill Clinton in all his 8 years of office said that he tried to kill him but failed but at least he tried, Osama is very hard to get in a country who shares his points of views and hatred towards the U.S.
At least under this administration something is being done about it. were we in Iraq when the 1st World Trade Center was attacked in 93, ? no, were we in Iraq when the USS Cole was attacked? no, were we in Iraq when 9/11 was attacked? no.
At least this administration is going on the offensive, because just trying to "react" to an attack clearly does not work as we have seen, nor does negotiating with them.
The proof is obvious, have we been attacked since 9/11, no, so clearly being on the offensive seems to be working at least for now, it has at least bought us some time.

He's much better at hide-and-seek than Saddam. Osama knows how to be quiet and lay low, for one thing. Saddam has not the faintest notion how to keep his big mouth shut, as shown in his court hearings.

The Bush administration was focused on going to Iraq and providing false reasons for us to start the Iraq war than continuing the hunt for Bin Laden. Now, the Iraq war is a complete disaster, and Bin Laden is lounging in a cave somewhere. He's probably having a good time laughing at our President's incompetence.

1. We did not invade Iraq because of 9/11 but because of global terror, which Saddam supported fully in a variety of ways.

2. You have not pondered the difficulty of finding ONE man who is (a) actively hiding himself, (b) protected by armed thugs, (c) moves about frequently.

Do you think finding that man under such circumstances is EASY?

I'll probably get slammed for this....but, in all honesty, it's because Bush took his eye off the ball, and got distracted with his visions of Iraq.
He should have "stayed the course" with Afghanistan. And followed him into Pakistan, if need be.

Does Osama really exist, or is he merely the
latest monster created by the Feds to help
garner public support for foreign policy?
