my way out. Thanks. Currently i have a rope, compass and a knife, but i don't have a torch light now and its dark.

Cut off about a foot of rope and tie it to a stick. Light it on fire by using your knife and a rock. The you can read your compass to get your bearings to leave the jungle.

What might have inspired you to give up 5 points for an inane Q???
Obviously, as one other answer suggests you have a comp. It would have to have wireless capability. In that it might also act as some form of GPS?
Beyond that you mention a compass, yet have no clue which direction you'd want to go. I suspect you should remember, however, WHER YOU CAME FROM??? Hence use the compass to take that direction in reverse.
If all else fails,,, and please take no offense in any real sense, Use the rope as a Noose, and the knife, if the noose doesn't accomplish what I allude to.

Turn the volume on your computer up very LOUD - then hit your volume control several times until you wake up Alice.
Hopefully you'll remember your dream - cause it must have been a doozie!

Wait till daylight find a tall tree and survey the surroundings, look for a stream, river, or a trail/road. GOOD LUCK
