i love giving presents. to see their faces when they see what i got for them.

I like to be creative when I give a gift, I don't necessarily give anything really expensive....Like one year for Christmas, before I married my husband or told him I loved him, I bought a Quarts Heart and wrapped it in a really beautiful box....
I think we all enjoy being on the receiving end too...but the appreciation factor comes in more so when the person has put some thought into a gift....not just bought something because they felt like they "had to get me a gift because it was Christmas".

Both - but I really enjoy the look on someone's face when they open something I've put some effort into finding! My boss' sister was killed by her own son three years ago; there had been 3 sisters, Bosslady and two others; now there are two; Last year I found her a necklace that had two gold angels and a third, of white gold on it. The look on her face repaid all the trouble I'd gone to, to find and purchase it (it was pretty expensive, and I'm not that well paid)...and then she cried. Oh man. Worth every penny and then some. She's still wearing it.

I LOVE giving gifts. I have pretty much all I want and it just feels good to know you gave someone something they might not get for themselves.

I love giving people gifts. I love to see what they think of it, since I usually take an insane amount of time picking it out.
