Congratulations on passing your driving test!
Sometimes how we feel isn't so influences about what's going on around us, rather than what's going on inside us- which can make you feel worse as you feel you don't have a 'proper' reason to feel unhappy. This can be doiwn to chemical imbalances in the brain, which may be temporary, or more permanant. Is it new that you are feeling this way? It may be related to something that went on in your past rather than now.
The first step to take is to make sure you eat well- lots of fruit and veg, enough fibre and enough protein. Get some exercize, even if it's simply getting off the bus a stop or two earlier after work and walking the rest. Exercize releases 'happy' hormones.
St Johns Wort is a supplement sold in tablet form in most chemists and health shops which has been proven in trials to be as effective as prozac, but be warned- you must not take this if you are on the pill, rescue remedy is also sold, in a spray form to be used as needed- this may be good, if mostly you feel ok, butneed a boost every now and then. The alternative is counselling, and seeing your doctor.
Good luck.

hehe I hope your husband is as light-hearted about this as you! Unfortunately the herbal remedies will only help in sexual reproductive health and stimulation, not 'growth'. I can suggest some herbs that may be a good idea for those purposes. It may help if you take something to make you more receptive to any and all sensations, whatever the source. ;) Avena Sativa-Enhance sensitivity in pelvic area. Also a relaxant. Ginkgo Biloba-Increases energy (stamina), increases bloodflow to the pelvic area and the rest of the body and is a mood lifter. (Can also substitute Indian Ginseng which does the same) Schisandra-Also increases bloodflow to the sex organs. Most important thing to do is make sure you aren't taking any meds if you decide to use herbs. There are some that don't work well with others. Also if you have allergies, make sure you know what family the herbs are from! My favorite way to use herbs are tinctures, but you can also grind them and make capsules. As for other remedies, try finding alternate ways in 'connecting' and pleasing one another. :) Ultimately you already realize it is a spiritual union between you and your husband, so once you've 'united' perhaps you can break away and show him different ways of getting to the 'promise land'. lol Good luck and be blessed!

I dont think that just by taking some herbal remedies you will feel better,, sometimes depression justs hits women due to hormones, stress which obviously you have been under lately, repressed feelings and so on... there are times when your body , soul and spirit can't take it any more and you need to release some of cry for no apparent reason, get angry and pick fights, or have panick attacks .. I suggest you do whatever makes you feel happy for the moment and pray sweety,, to any supreme force you believe in and get some sunlight and fresh air.

Live a healthy life style and stop bein' sad, of course you might not gain what others got, but you too have something that I desired to earn on ie: friends, people who loves you, proficiency in english [lol my language stinks] , you can drive and I can't.
I used to have these kind of... blues or anxiety or whatsoever, esp when I'm bein' alone for certain lengthy days, all I can do that time is take a good sleep after a hot shower. Lavender and mint tea / aroma helps me alot.
aik I'm outta way of topic nowe~
Goodluck with your interview, take care and God bless.

St John Wart is a natural teblet (abit like taking vitamins) that helps to eleviate the blues. I was like you about a month back and i have been taking it and find that it helps. Also try and think happy thoughts. I know how hard it is and it is a form of depression. But give it a go and see how you feel.
Take Care Hunnie! x

Try takin St. Johns Wart. It is proven to help with mild depression. Also there is something that I think is called 5-HTP that will help also. You can take both supplements at the same time. Keep up the exercise and healthy eating and make sure you are getting enough sleep!

You can try St. John's wart but if that doesn't help over a period of time see your doctor as these are classic signs of depression and you may need help medically. St. John's wart does help a lot of people so go ahead and try it for a couple of months to see if it works for you.

You can try St Johns Wart as suggested but if you're on the contraceptive pill you need to go and check with your doctors first as the don't mix very well and it can have a negative effect on the pill.

The only thing that I can suggest is St. John's Wort. It's a natural mild anti-depressant. I tried it when I had mild depression and it worked well for me!!
