This does not seem to be the whole story. Why did her fiance slam you against the wall? If he is randomly slamming you against the wall, your mom should kick him to the curb. If she allows him to abuse you because she is too weak to control him or break up with him, she doesn't deserve your respect any way.
If you are the problem and he slammed you against the wall to try to control you and you punched him then it sounds like pressing charges is the right thing.

Why did he slam you up against the wall? And we he arrested as well? Is it your mom that is pressing the charges or the boyfriend? If it is your mom then maybe she is afraid of the boyfriend so she takes his side. If this is this case then you should help your mom in getting away from him. If not and she just don't care then maybe you should just not have anything to do with her. Talk to her and tell her how you feel and go from there. Good Luck and God Bless.

I'd have to know the whole story. I don't know what you did to make her "fiance" slam you against the wall? Maybe you were smart mouthing your mom or being disrespectful. So I can't imagine a mom turning on her own child, without a real good reason. Maybe it's to teach you a lesson. Maybe next time you ask a question, you should ad details. There are two sides to every story.

Why don't you press charges against the fiance for puttng his hands on you. She will always be your MOM. It's up to you as to how much respect you give her.

No, you may no longer "press costs". in effortless terms the DA can do this. You call police, report a rfile, he gets arrested, then the DA comes to a decision if costs are to be pressed. once you're bodily abused like that - you call the police at cutting-edge so they are able to take photos and get info that he did this. Calling the police later once you're all healed up - IS your word against his. and looks like revenge for something else. So, no, you may no longer pass someplace and "press costs" in case you haven't any longer gotten the police in touch first.

That's a hard one, but weren't you just defending your self. Is she the one pressing charges or is he forcing her to do it. If she's choosing her man over you that's disrespectful to you. You have to give respect to receive respect. That's what I say

I think it would help if we had more information about your situation. First, how old are you? Second, what led up to the altercation? Has your mother's fiancee gotten physical with you, your siblings, or your mom before? Have you attacked other people in anger before? (I.e., what are the patterns here?) Was substance abuse involved as well?

Respect her as a fellow human, but it seems she has lost her sense of loyalty to you for her guy and deserves no extra "mom" respect.
Sad.

No. He physically assaulted you. Your mother obviously does not care about you enough to stop someone from hurting you or at least protecting her child. That is so messed up!
