I have a Nokia 6280 and its been nothing but trouble. Its rubbish. In no way does it conform to what Nokia say it can do.

i used to go for Nokia's everytime...... but then...... i discovered the world of Sony-Ericsson. in particular the K800i. definately one of the best on the market at the moment. Picture quality, sound & memory are spot on. however its been out for quite a while now, it maybe best to hang on a couple of months to see whats coming out soon, or ask in your local phone shop as they usually know in advance about new phone's, capabilities & release dates etc.

I have been pleased with my Nokias; I always look for Nokia now when I buy a new mobile. At the moment I have a 6230i and a 5500.

I was a Nokia junkie for many years, but find their latest models a bit drab or too large, went for a Samsung last year D600, good phone and had no problems with it, was tempted to go for another one but decided to try a Sony Ericsson, eventually went for a W850i, it seemed to meet my needs, Well I have absolutely no regrets, fantastic phone, does everything it says on the tin, great MP3, camera OK not the latest 3.2mp but I knew that when purchasing, great phone, everything you could need with a simple easy to follow menu, go for the W850i and good luck (not that you will need it)

I had a Nokia before my present phone and I hated it too. Far too complicated. However I then got a Sony Ericcson W550i and I adore it. It is so easy to use. Radio also and you can download podcasts to the phone also. I really think it is the best phone ever.

Samsung D900 or E900 - although a lot of people find the E900 too sensitive with its touch screen. I have the D900 and its well easy to use and has loads of great features, 3 megapixel camera, up to 1 hour of video, MP3 player - plus loads more. Its also fitted with a mobile tracker device as standard which is handy if it gets pinched!
