I need to upgrade my PC: my old 2.8ghz is not enought and my graphic card sucks, what is the best hardware in the market right now? if any one can give me prices would be better

Currently, Intel Dual Core processors .
But, I think your CPU is good enough. Why don't you try to upgrade your RAM and graphical card at the first place. There are 1GB RAMs in market now.

update the ram max it out if possible buy a new graphics card and if possible upgrade the processor but a 2.8 is pretty good.
