An interview with OJ will air on November 26 and 27th on FOX, and he will be explaining IF he was guilty, what he would of done and how we would have done it. The reason I ask, is because if he does come out and say it, he is safe from being convicted of murder because of Double Jeopardy. BUT, if he testified on the stand and said he did not kill anyone while under oath, he is guilty of perjury and could very well be convicted of that and sent to prison. I'm just curious, and a lot of websites don't tell ya if he did or not.

O.J. Simpson did not testify. This is common practice in a murder trial. The lawyer for the defendant will recommend to his client not to testify should he feel that the testimony will in fact harm his case.

No he did not testify. I'm ashamed that FOX is putting the murdering pig on the air. We all know how he would have done it.

Black people recognize that O.J. killed that woman. i am going to assert it again purely in case you imagine you study it incorrect. Black people recognize that O.J. killed that woman. the reason we supported O.J. is because the regulation is continually a touch biased adverse to black defendants. We were observing to make sure if he honestly were given a honest trial. even as he replaced into acquitted we applauded because a black guy who white people hated replaced into freed. The justice device burned white people, and for a replace it did not burn us blacks. i am going to assert it again. Blacks people recognize O.J. is responsible. And in holding with Balthasar's answer, blacks stopped liking in O.J. a lengthy time period in the past. He grew to grow to be a white hero more effective than a black one.
