I remember both, but I remember Today's Special better. It was one of my absolute favorite shows! Filmed in Canada, Today's Special told the story of a department store mannequin named Jeff who would come to life because of his magic hat. His friends included Jodie, Sam and his talking computer, Muffy the mouse who always wore a pink or yellow feather boa, and the magician who made Jeff be able to come to life in the first place.
I can't believe I still remember this, but the first episode aired in the states on PBS was "Hats." This was absolutely one of the best children's shows ever!

Yes I remember the gummy bears. I use to watch it on Saturday mornings. I would never miss an episode.

i remember the gummy bears but not the today's special. I also remember fraggle rock, he-man, thunder cats, and mickey mouse club. but I still love fraggle rock, I even bought the DVDs for my kids, my son loves them.

I used to watch that and the wuzzles when I was a kid. I found a lot of information of wikipedia.
