They are all correct. There are several tools available to reduce the space used by files on your hard drive and unless you have used a good cleanup tool lately you probably have several files taking up space on your HD which aren't even connected to programs any more. You need an all in one clean up program that will remove the old files and delete unused registry entries also. CClean does a good job and it is free.

Hi,
No hard drives show the complete capacity. It occupies some space for executing system tools like disk defragments, disk clean up, etc. And ofcourse, some application softwares like nero might also have been using your hard drive. And also your recycle bin has some percent capacity of ur hdd.
The solution is
compress your data , clean up hdd for unnecessary files, reduce the usage percent for recycle bin and thats all. I think by doing this you can use some more space of your hdd.

Empty your recycle bin, better use a clean up program like CClean.

Your virtual memeory is actually a file. So if you check the disk size system must also count it. but you can try to transfer it to another partion if you need more space on this partion.

The HDD needs to have a few GB for itself so it can run smoothely
