Are other countries too smart for UFOs?

I have noticed the same thing. Even the adjacent country of Mexico has a significantly smaller number of REPORTED sightings as compared with the USA (I could be wrong but the number that are reported are way more than anywhere else). I personally feel its a culture thing, with Americans having a stronger belief that UFO and aliens exist. Thus they may dream more about it and therefore have more sightings. To me, its all fictional and all in the mind.

Let's not forget that a "UFO" is not necessarily an alien spacecraft. A UFO is an unidentified flying object. They are reported everywhere, they can be as simple as weather balloons or secret military aircraft. Say a Stealth bomber flies over a small native village in Africa, to them That's a UFO. I for one believe in life on other planets, Mathematically it makes sense. Whether or not that life is intelligent like humans or more like a planet full of snails I don't know, and whether or not they would be able to find Earth or want to visit Earth I also don't know. I have heard some pretty convincing FACTS (I don't listen to conspiracy theorists) but I am still very skeptical about it.

They don't. I heard of a documented case of a UFO above the skies of Africa. A group of children saw it, and even claimed to have spoken to the ET's. I'm not sure I believe it though. There have also been sightings in many other countries, as well as ancient text that seem to elude to things such as 'metallic dragons' in the sky, not to mention 'chariots of fire'. Not sure if it is referring to UFO's but it is rather interesting. Read some books by Zechariah(?) Sitchin. He's got a few interesting points.

It's not just America UFO's have been seen there has been loads of sightings in England,Africa,Russia,China and many other countries,in fact where they keep planes in England(planes that have crashed and they are trying to find out how the planes crashed)they also have a UFO(i know this because my dad knows someone who works there.)

What are you talking about? There are recorded cases of UFOs in Europe, Asia, Indian, Africa... do you read?
