keep bacteria and infection down...why do we get more colds and flu during the winter?

no idea, maybe because we spend more time inside with each other, the sick people in our family....sound good to you?
all the sneezing and touching, yuk....!

Because a flu is cost by virus. It keeps bacteria down, yes, but also, if you don't maintain your body temperature, your immune system will be weak and be susceptible to sickness.

Because a cold is a virus.. which means it never dies or leave ur body after u get it the first time... the virus just lays dorment in ur body and certain things can trigger it like change in weather, stress, hormonal changes...

cause our bodies are diffrent from counter tops and floors here, we have whats called an immune system, and if you do not keep yourself healthy then you will manage a cold.
