My mobile (cell) number starts with 078 and it's Orange network in UK but it makes no difference what part of UK i'm in. I just moved to Falmouth.

078 would be a mobile (cell) phone number in the UK - but if you are phoning from abroad you would dial +44 78...i.e. omitting the 0.
